Although sexual harassment training is not required under federal law, a recommended best practice is to conduct sexual harassment training for all employees annually. Workplace Harassment training provides employers with an extra line of defense in harassment lawsuits and a better working environment for all employees. The workplace harassment presentation provides very detailed definitions of harassment and potential complications resulting in harassment. This training can be customized to a company’s particular harassment policies.
